Job summary

RIE Coatings, Inc. is seeking a dependable Electropolish Operator to join our metal finishing team. You will operate plating equipment, inspect parts, and follow process instructions to produce high-quality components for diverse industries.

We offer on‑the‑job training, a starting pay of $17 per hour, and a comprehensive benefits package. There is potential for higher starting rates with relevant experience, plus overtime opportunities and a sign‑on bonus of $1500.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read, write, and understand written and verbal instructions.

Responsibilities

• Rack, mask, clean, rinse, and inspect parts for processing.
• Operate and monitor plating equipment and production lines.
• Follow established process instructions and adjust equipment as required.
• Inspect parts before and after processing to ensure quality standards.
• Record production information and process data accurately.
• Maintain required production and quality documentation.
• Work closely with teammates to meet production schedules.
• Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE.
