Job summary

Vance Airscoop in Purcellville, Virginia is hiring an Electroplating Technician for our Purcellville facility. We are willing to train the right candidate, and prior experience is a plus.

This is an hourly, full-time, onsite position with no remote option. You will work on state-of-the-art automated anodizing and electroplating production lines, review work orders, set up programming, rack and unrack parts, log process specs, and follow safety and quality procedures.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma is required.
• Basic shop math is required.

Responsibilities

• Operating with state-of-the-art, automated anodizing and electroplating production line.
• Review work order and schedule.
• Process parts including programming setup, racking, monitoring and un-racking parts.
• Log all process specifications and part statuses.
• Follow proper waste disposal procedures.
• Follow environmental and safety procedures.
• Follow quality standards.
• Follow manufacturing processes, tooling, and other manufacturing methods.
• Ability to work with various chemicals and follow proper procedures.
• Ability to perform basic arithmetic.
• Ability to multitask.
• Ability to follow directions.
• Attention to detail is a must quality.
