Job summary

Advocate Health in Charlotte, North Carolina is seeking a full-time Registered Nurse in Cardiology: Electrophysiology. The role supports outreach sites Monday–Friday and does not require travel to sites.

You will engage in care coordination, use nursing processes, monitor patients, and uphold safety while contributing to evidence-based practice across the care continuum. Qualified candidates graduate from an approved nursing program, hold an RN license, and maintain BLS.

Qualifications

Graduate of a Board of Nursing approved nursing education program.
Active registered nurse (RN) license with privileges to practice in the relevant state(s).
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.

Responsibilities

Engages in unit councils, governance, and quality initiatives to improve care processes and apply evidence-based practices.
Utilizes the nursing process to assess, plan, diagnose, implement, and evaluate nursing care, engaging patients and families.
Monitors patient conditions, adjusts care plans, mobilizes resources, and collaborates with the care team to influence outcomes.
Upholds a culture of safety and ensures timely EHR documentation.
