Job summary

Beth Israel Lahey Health is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for the Emergency Department in Massachusetts. Qualifications

• Graduate of a state approved and/or accredited School of Nursing.
• Current license to practice professional nursing from the Massachusetts Board of Registration.
• BLS certification from American Heart Association.
• ACLS certification and 1 year RN emergency/critical care experience in ED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe patient care and coordinate delivery of quality care.
• Develop a culturally competent plan of care with patient problems and outcomes.
• Perform systematic patient and family assessment.
• Deliver care appropriate to the patient’s age.
• Evaluate care outcomes and adapt the plan as needed.
• Lead and coordinate care within the nursing team and collaborate with physicians.
