Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients.

• Collaborate with physicians to develop treatment plans.
• Provide patient education on device management.
• Monitor device data and assist in remote follow-up.
• Document patient interactions in the EMR.
• Assist with coordination of care.
