Overview

Join The Cardiac & Vascular Institute – A Leader in Heart & Vascular Care in Central Florida. We are excited to grow our reach and are currently seeking a full-time, Electrophysiologist to join our team. This position will primarily serve a patient base out of our local Gainesville clinics, Ambulatory Surgical Center, and affiliated hospitals. At The Cardiac & Vascular Institute (TCAVI), a proud partner of Cardiovascular Associates of America (CVAUSA), we are committed to delivering exceptional, evidence-based cardiovascular care. Our team includes 24 board-certified physicians and 8 advanced practice providers across a wide spectrum of specialties including general cardiology, interventional, structural, vascular, electrophysiology, heart failure, and advanced imaging. With a strong focus on prevention and early detection, TCAVI is an accredited testing facility equipped with state-of-the-art diagnostic and therapeutic technologies. We participate in clinical research and prioritize minimally invasive techniques whenever possible, giving our patients access to cutting-edge treatment in a compassionate, patient-first environment.

Electrophysiologist – Position Highlights

• Schedule: Full-time, Monday through Friday
• Scope of Practice Includes:
  • Hospital and clinic will include a mixture of bread and butter, and complex electrophysiology procedures and clinical care.
  • CT Surgical support in hospital for complex cases.
• Supportive Work Environment:
  • Team of 24 physicians across multiple specialties
  • Clinical support including dedicated scribes, APPs, MAs, and administrative staff
  • Call coverage shared across the group, supported by APPs
• Advanced Technology:
  • Second PET/CT suite recently launched
  • Growing Device and Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM) programs
