Job summary

Baptist Heart Specialists in Jacksonville, Florida is seeking an experienced, full-time Electrophysiologist to join our growing cardiovascular team at Baptist Medical Center South. The role supports an expansive EP program within a regional heart care network.

Responsibilities include patient care, diagnostics, and therapeutic electrophysiology procedures, with opportunities to mentor residents and fellows and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team in a high-volume setting.

Qualifications

• Board Certified/Board Eligible Physician (MD or DO).
• Active/unrestricted Florida Medical License.
• Trained in complex VT ablations and all other ablations, including Atrial Fibrillation ablations.

Responsibilities

• Care and treatment of patients including diagnostic and therapeutic intervention.
• Medical care, records/documentation, standards of care, patient and community relations, and regulatory compliance.
• Residents and/or Fellows are accepted.
• Handle a busy inpatient service with consults across the Baptist Health system.
