Bay Area Cardiology Associates | Greater Tampa, Florida

Position Overview

Bay Area Cardiology Associates is seeking a full‑time Electrophysiologist to join our growing physician‑led cardiovascular practice serving the Greater Tampa region. This role includes a mix of clinic and hospital responsibilities with broad exposure to electrophysiology procedures and consultative care across affiliated hospitals and office locations.

Key responsibilities/services include:

• Diagnosis and treatment of cardiac arrhythmias, both standard and complex
• Performance of routine and complex catheter ablations
• Implantation and management of cardiac devices
• Electrophysiology studies, intracardiac mapping, remote monitoring, and comprehensive inpatient/outpatient EP care
• Opportunities for watchman implantation and other electrophysiology‑related structural heart procedures

The incoming physician will work within state‑of‑the‑art clinic and hospital facilities alongside a dedicated team of APPs, medical assistants, and administrative staff. Shared Monday–Friday general call responsibilities provide balanced physician support and work‑life balance.

Compensation includes a competitive base salary, productivity bonuses, additional incentives, and clinical research revenue, and equity opportunity.
