Job summary

Mason City Clinic in Mason City, IA invites an experienced electrophysiologist to join its Cardiology department. The role features a 1:6 call rotation with potential excess call and a $500 per diem with fellows taking first call.

Qualifications

• Board-certified/board-eligible in EP cardiology within 3 years of becoming eligible.
• Medical degree from an accredited school with completed residency in relevant field.
• Licensed or eligible for Iowa physician license; DEA and CS certificates are required.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive EP care including inpatient and outpatient services.
• Collaborate with cardiology, vascular surgery and cardiac surgery teams for patient management.
• Perform EP procedures, device management and diagnostic testing as part of a regional program.
