Job summary

Foundation Medical Partners in Nashua, NH is seeking a full-time Electrophysiologist Cardiologist to join our established cardiology team. The role focuses on diagnosing and treating arrhythmias, device implantation, and ablation, with collaboration across clinicians for integrated patient care.

The ideal candidate will be board-certified/eligible in Cardiology and Clinical Cardiac Electrophysiology, have EP fellowship training, and be licensed to practice in New Hampshire.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree from an accredited institution.
• Board certified/board eligible in Cardiology and Clinical Cardiac Electrophysiology.
• Completion of a fellowship in Electrophysiology.
• Eligible for medical licensure in the state of New Hampshire.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide inpatient and outpatient EP cardiology care.
• Perform electrophysiology procedures, including pacemaker and ICD implantation, complex ablations, and device management.
• Collaborate closely with cardiologists, advanced practice providers, and primary care providers.
• Participate in call rotation and share in general cardiology responsibilities.
• Contribute to the continued growth and development of our EP program.
