Providence Medical Group is seeking a board-certified or board-eligible Electrophysiologist to join the Providence Heart & Vascular Institute (HVI) in Everett, Washington.
This is an outstanding opportunity to become part of a highly collaborative and innovative cardiovascular team dedicated to providing exceptional heart rhythm care across Northwest Washington. The successful candidate will join a growing regional cardiovascular program with the opportunity to build and expand electrophysiology services while working alongside experienced cardiologists, cardiac surgeons, advanced practice providers, and multidisciplinary support teams.

Join an established and growing cardiovascular service line
Comprehensive outpatient and inpatient electrophysiology practice
Dedicated EP lab support and experienced clinical staff
Collaborate closely with interventional cardiology, general cardiology, structural heart, cardiac surgery, and vascular surgery teams
Participate in the continued growth and expansion of regional electrophysiology services
Strong referral network across Snohomish County and surrounding communities

Opportunity to perform a full range of electrophysiology procedures, including:
Catheter ablations for supraventricular and ventricular arrhythmias
Atrial fibrillation ablation
Pacemaker implantation
ICD implantation
Cardiac resynchronization therapy (CRT)
Left atrial appendage closure procedures
Advanced rhythm management therapies
MD or DO from an accredited medical school
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Cardiovascular Disease
Fellowship training in Clinical Cardiac Electrophysiology
Experience in advanced electrophysiology procedures preferred
Washington State medical license eligibility
Commitment to high-quality, patient-centered care
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

Compensation is between $712,517 to $989,480 per year
The compensation amounts listed may include productivity or quality/service incentives, call pay, extra shift incentives, as applicable to the position. In addition, providers may have CME benefits available to them
