Job summary

Vinci is seeking a Product Specialist who truly understands electronics thermal and design engineers’ daily realities. You’ll be the voice of the customer, bridging workflows between customers and our product/engineering teams.

You’ll map how customers use thermal and CFD tools, validate outputs, inputs, and configurations, and help shape AI-driven physics software. No traditional PM duties required; you’ll influence direction through domain expertise.

Qualifications

  • 5-7+ years of hands-on thermal, CFD, and thermoelastic simulations in electronics/semiconductors.
  • Deep knowledge of thermal management and thermoelastic stress analysis using listed tools.
  • Ability to explain engineering workflows and where tools fall short.
  • Curiosity to shape groundbreaking software without traditional PM overhead.

Responsibilities

  • Be the Voice of the Customer: articulate workflows to product and engineering teams.
  • Benchmark workflows for thermal, CFD, and thermoelastic analysis.
  • Validate real-world use cases and ensure outputs/inputs match production expectations.
  • Support pre-sales and pilots by explaining current setups and ROI of Vinci.
