Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Electronics or Electrical Engineering or military electronics training.
• 10+ years of testing and troubleshooting complex electronic assemblies.
• Advanced knowledge in RF, digital, and analog electronics.
• Ability to operate test systems, test equipment and computer systems.
• Ability to obtain/maintain a DoD security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Test electronic units using standard test equipment and analyze results to evaluate performance.
• Perform preventive maintenance and calibration of equipment.
• Read blueprints, wiring diagrams, schematics, and engineering instructions for assembling units.
• Identify and resolve equipment malfunctions, independently or with engineers.
• Maintain system logs and manuals documenting testing and operation.
• May act as lead technician on complex projects.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and professional work environment.
