Responsibilities
  • Determine the methods and techniques for effectively monitoring various tests and measuring electrical performance on complex systems.
  • Select, set up, calibrate and operate complex and special equipment and facilities across a broad spectrum of technologies.
  • Verify and validate product and paperwork configuration, test processes, and test equipment/setup configuration and calibration.
  • Measure, collect and record electrical performance data, analyze and evaluate the data, and prepare accurate and complete test reports of all recorded data.
  • Program and verify devices.
  • Troubleshoot systems, devices, processes and/or test set‑ups to locate and repair defective areas.
  • Assist engineers in creating designs and/or developing circuits, processes and operations that assure proper function of product and test equipment per design specifications, working from general block diagrams, rough outlines of basic circuits, oral instructions, schematics, etc.; make necessary calculations to obtain or compare data as required.
  • Develop, construct and test highly complex components, assemblies, devices, circuits and systems; build experimental and prototype devices, models and systems from very general information; perform repairs and calibrations as necessary.
  • Perform initial procedural tests on new and/or changed equipment; modify and calibrate as required to achieve desired results.
  • Adapt to changing assignments and requirements.
  • Develop processes, test specifications and revision notices.
  • Integrate software and hardware through debugging, writing code and modifying systems; maintain and integrate peripherals and networks.
Basic Qualifications
  • Current active DoD Secret Security Clearance (minimum) with an investigation date of less than 5 years.
  • High School Diploma/GED plus at least 6 additional years of relevant experience with fabrication and testing of complex components, assemblies, devices, circuits and systems.
  • Experience with electronics principles.
Preferred Qualifications
  • RF test experience and/or antenna test/range experience.
  • Test development experience in a near‑field antenna range.
  • Experience with electrical and/or RF test equipment.
Salary

Primary Level Salary Range: $52,094.00 – $125,390.00.

Benefits

Employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses reward individual contributions and allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
