Hyve Solutions is seeking a Test Operator II to perform functional testing and basic troubleshooting on electronic components and systems, ensuring products meet quality standards and specifications. Based in the United States, this role involves executing standard test procedures, operating test gear, documenting results, and collaborating with engineering and QA teams.

The position emphasizes attention to detail, safety compliance, and the ability to work both independently and within a team.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1-3 years of electronics testing or related field.
• Basic understanding of electronic components and circuits.
• Proficiency reading and interpreting test procedures and technical documentation.
• Experience operating common test equipment (e.g., DMM, oscilloscope).
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Execute standardized test procedures on electronic equipment, sub-assemblies, and finished products.
• Operate and monitor test equipment, including power supplies, oscilloscopes, multimeters, and specialized testing fixtures.
• Document test results accurately and completely, identifying and recording failures or discrepancies.
• Perform basic troubleshooting to isolate issues identified during testing, following established guidelines.
• Collaborate with engineering and quality assurance teams to communicate test findings and assist in problem resolution.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and quality control standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Provide training and guidance to Test Operator I personnel as needed.
