Position Overview

Reporting to the Program Manager, the Electronics Technician Maintenance (ETM) II provides technical expertise in testing, repair, installation, and maintenance of complex electronic systems, ensuring operational readiness and compliance with technical standards on the NIWC PAC CDL & ISR ISEA Support Services contract. This role is based in San Diego, CA.

Key Responsibilities

1. Test, repair, install, and maintain electronic systems and equipment, ensuring operational readiness and compliance.
2. Conduct testing, troubleshooting, and repair of electronics, including assemblies, circuit cards, and power supplies.
3. Perform system pre-installation checks, calibration, and functional testing.
4. Coordinate transportation, support on-site installations, and prepare briefs for personnel.
5. Handle site preparation, system installation, relocation, and testing.
6. Support bid and proposal activities as needed.
7. Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

• Active secret clearance.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• At least 3 years of electronics support experience with NAVWAR Echelon III programs.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in physically demanding environments.
• Willingness to travel up to 10%.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Compensation & Benefits
