Job summary

Five Rivers Analytics (FRA), an Akima company, is seeking an Electronic Technician to join a multi-functional team supporting the FAA FAALC at MMAC in Oklahoma City, OK. The role covers troubleshooting, repair, installation, calibration, and testing of electronic systems and components.

Responsibilities include following FAA/FAALC standards, recording hours and training, and performing duties with accuracy and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Two years of practical experience in electronic technician support including troubleshooting, repair, assembly, testing, and installation.
• Familiarity with basic electronics test equipment (multimeter, oscilloscope, signal generator, power supplies, power meter).
• Proficient in through-hole soldering/desoldering.
• Ability to read basic analogue and digital circuit schematics and symbols.
• Must provide two forms of unexpired identification.

Responsibilities

• The Electronics Technician Maintenance III applies basic and some advanced technical knowledge to solve routine problems by interpreting manufacturers' manuals or similar documents.
• Work requires familiarity with circuits interrelationships and planning work sequence with appropriate tools and testing instruments.
• This technician works under immediate supervision and receives technical guidance as required from a supervisor or higher-level technician.
