Qualifications

• Associates of Science degree in electronics or equivalent with three years progressive experience in electronic repair, production, and testing environments.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as schematics, procedures, FP procedures, FTP, BOMs and manuals.
• Ability to write routine reports and communicate effectively with management and colleagues.
• Ability to operate a computer and use word processing, spreadsheet and database software.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoots, analyzes, repairs, and documents failures of products or test systems; generates cause and remedies.
• Under minimal supervision, assists technicians and engineers with evaluations.
• Provide technical support on production systems and products; perform routine maintenance and system care.
• May assist in coordinating test equipment builds and final system debugging.
• Participate in product transition plans between facilities and manage basic component orders for repairs.
