Job description

Electronics Technician for Industrial Engineering (m/f/d)

3.5‑year apprenticeship starting in September.

Responsibilities
  • Work with automated production systems full of electrical and electronic components and control elements.
  • Track down causes of malfunctions using measuring and testing equipment and specialist knowledge.
  • Assist with the assembly of production lines, test for correct functioning, and adjust them.
  • Diagnose and rectify malfunctions of automated production equipment.
Prerequisites
  • Qualified secondary school leaving certificate or intermediate school leaving certificate.
  • Craftsmanship, diligence and perseverance.
  • Good grades in math and physics.
  • Spatial and colour vision.
Training Content
  • Assembling, wiring and testing electrical and electromechanical components to form component groups.
  • Laying and connecting cables.
  • Exhibition of current quantities.
  • Assembly, set‑up, monitoring and maintenance of automated production equipment.
  • Diagnose and rectify malfunctions.
