Job summary

ActionLink is seeking a Part-Time Retail Merchandiser in Midland, TX. You will visit stores, set up and maintain promotional displays, and report findings with photos. This role offers up to 15 hours per week, Monday–Friday, with no weekends or evenings.

Training is provided and W2 employment includes weekly pay and direct deposit. Candidates should have merchandising or retail experience, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to travel within the territory.

Qualifications

• Experience in merchandising or retail is highly desirable.
• Must have driver's license and access to a personal vehicle.
• Able to stand, bend, stoop, climb ladders and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Store visits: Complete projects at major retail stores within an assigned territory.
• Ensure proper placement, assembly, maintenance, and troubleshooting of promotional product displays.
• Submit same-day digital surveys with feedback and pictures for each store visit.
