Job summary

Express Employment Professionals - Cincinnati East seeks entry-level quality inspectors for an electronics manufacturer on the West side. The roles involve light assembly and inspection with room for growth, a low-turnover, employee-centered environment and flexible scheduling.

Schedule is Full-time, day shift, typically four 10-hour days Mon–Thu, with some flexibility. Pay is $16/hour with opportunities for advancement in a stable production setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with 1–2 years experience in an electronic manufacturing environment or any combination of education and experience that provides equivalent knowledge, skills and ability.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office software preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs in-process inspection and testing, providing timely feedback to operators on unacceptable and non-conforming material/products.
• Performs final acceptance testing products, interprets requirements from drawings and technical standards; provides timely feedback to technical personnel regarding quality issues. Provides approval for shipment of product.
• Performs set-up of electrical test equipment; inspects and tests electrical components including solder adhesion, plating and incoming raw materials inspection and testing.
