Ziehm Imaging - Orthoscan Inc. is seeking a full-time Quality Control Inspector in Scottsdale, AZ to verify product quality through incoming material inspection, finished device testing, and functional tests of PCBs and electronic components.

The role involves maintaining quality records, following controlled documentation, and collaborating with Quality Engineering and Manufacturing to drive process improvements in a manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum GED; high school diploma accepted; two-year technical degree preferred.
• Two years of experience executing test protocols in a production/engineering environment.

Responsibilities

• Follow established and approved controlled documentation.
• Reliably record results of inspections and tests.
• Verify accuracy and completeness of quality records.
• Adhere to safety regulations in job duties.
• Prepare quality records for inspection, testing, and calibration activities.
• Maintain logs for inspection/testing activities, nonconforming material, calibration records, and supplier returns.
• Perform functional testing of PCBs, assemblies, and electrical components using approved procedures.
• Collaborate with Quality Engineering, Manufacturing, and Management to improve inspection processes.
