Job summary

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required.
Minimum 4 years of experience as a Production Operator or equivalent manufacturing experience.
Experience in electronics assembly, testing, inspection, or repair.

Responsibilities

Assemble, disassemble, repair, and test electronic devices using hand tools and specialized equipment.
Inspect products and components for defects, damage, and quality issues.
Follow work instructions and quality standards to ensure accurate assembly and repairs.
Identify, document, and report defective or nonconforming materials.
Handle, organize, and maintain inventory of production materials and supplies.
Meet daily production targets while maintaining quality and safety standards.
Follow ESD procedures and wear protective equipment.
