Job summary

Polyfusion Electronics PCBA's, Design & Testing (CEM) is hiring for a full-time assembler/solderer. You will assemble and solder PCBs, interpret diagrams, and work either alone or with a team.

A clean workspace, adherence to safety standards, and problem-solving skills are essential to identify defects and resolve issues efficiently. Experience in electronic assembly and soldering is required, with IPC standards knowledge a plus.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read component values, bills of materials, work procedures and drawings.
• Experience soldering required; familiarity with SMT a plus.
• Knowledge of IPC standards is a plus or certification preferred.
• Ability to work under magnification and perform electronic assembly/inspection.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and solder various electronic printed circuit boards.
• Interpret diagrams, schematics, blueprints or other instructions.
• Work solo or in a group and maintain a clean, safe workspace.
• Identify defects and follow procedures for disposition.
• Meet safety requirements of the company and industry.
