Job summary

SRC Technologies Group, a Springfield, MO-based employer, is seeking an Electronics Operator to perform disassembly, assembly, and testing of electronic components. You will follow work instructions, production drawings, and IPC soldering standards to ensure safety, quality, and efficiency.

The role involves handling tools, equipment, and processes that require attention to detail and adherence to ESD procedures.

Qualifications

• Reads and follows work instructions and production drawings.
• Performs disassembly, cleaning and assembly to IPC standards.
• Uses torque tools, soldering irons, and test equipment.
• Adheres to ESD procedures and safety guidelines.
• Performs quality inspection to meet specs.

Responsibilities

• Disassemble, clean, and assemble electronic components and subassemblies.
• Crimp, solder, and connect wires per guidelines.
• Set up and operate torque tools and test equipment.
• Perform intermediate assembly tasks like potting and conformal coating.
• Conduct testing and inspection to ensure specifications are met.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and follow PPE and JSA rules.
