Job summary

Channel Partners Solutions seeks a Retail Merchandising Specialist to visit assigned retail stores, install displays, and maintain positive in-store relationships across the Cincinnati area. The role offers weekly pay, paid training, and opportunities to work independently with a diverse range of assignments.

Must have a HS diploma or equivalent, 18+ and legally eligible to work in the United States, and be comfortable using GPS-enabled devices for reporting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• Previous merchandising, customer service, and/or retail experience preferred.
• Must be able to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Must be 18+ and legally authorized to work.
• Proficient with Android or iPhone GPS to upload photos and report data.

Responsibilities

• Travel to assigned retail stores to conduct visits within your territory.
• Audit, maintain, and install consumer electronics displays and products (TVs, tablets, headphones, etc.).
• Occasionally partner with team members for 2–3 person projects, such as appliance/TV installs.
• Build and maintain positive in-store relationships.
• Complete assignments as directed by your manager and report on time from your device.
• Complete Channel Partner certification and training requirements for in-store support.
• Schedule and complete work per CP Standards (onboarding).
• Receive materials at home or pick up at FedEx and transport to stores.
• Perform other tasks requested by management.
