ActionLink in Madison, WI is seeking a Full Time Retail Electronics Merchandiser to join the team. You will visit stores like Best Buy, Walmart, and Target within an assigned radius to install and maintain client displays.

The role offers 30–40 hours per week with daytime hours, no evenings, and occasional weekends. We represent clients such as Microsoft, Samsung, T-Mobile, Dyson, Bose, and Intel, with comprehensive health benefits and a 401(k) matching plan.

Qualifications

• Education: High School diploma or GED.
• Retail Experience: Previous merchandising; 3PL or related retail experience is highly desirable.
• Versatility: Able to handle all levels of merchandising within the territory.
• Attention to Detail: Read planograms accurately and follow complex instructions.
• Independence and Teamwork: Work independently and with a small team.
• Tech-ready: Internet access, handheld tools, smart device with Wi‑Fi/GPS; laptop/desktop a plus.
• Travel Ability: Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
• Physical Ability: Stand, bend, stoop, climb ladders; lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Store Visits: Complete projects at major retail establishments within an assigned radius.
• Purpose: Turn shelves into sales magnets through proper placement and maintenance of displays.
• Clients: Represent Microsoft, Samsung, T-Mobile, Dyson, Bose, Intel, and others.
• Scheduling: 30–40 hours per week; flexibility Mon–Fri 8:00am–5:00pm; occasional weekends.
• Additional Opportunities: Potential travel to cover larger region for more hours.
• Reporting: Submit same-day digital surveys with feedback and pictures.
