Job summary

Mosaic Flex Staffing – Acosta Group is hiring Brand Ambassadors to represent a leading consumer electronics & storage brand inside top-selling national retailers in South Carolina. This is a 1-year continuity program with the same representative every 8 weeks.

You will train retailer staff, engage shoppers, replenish displays, and report via Ubeya. Compensation is $24.00/hour with paid training and weekly payroll. Must have a smartphone, reliable transportation, and attend training.

Qualifications

• Must have smartphone with data for Ubeya check-in/out (or reporting).
• Reliable transportation to assigned retailer location.
• Ability to commit to a bi-monthly cadence (one 1-hour visit every 8 weeks).
• Residential mailing address (no PO Boxes) for brand-issued name badge.
• Completion of retailer compliance courses before first in-store visit.

Responsibilities

• Complete one 1-hour in-store visit every 8 weeks for the full program.
• Engage shoppers about the brand and train retailer associates on the product line.
• Replenish and tidy in-store brand displays at each visit.
• Check in/out on-site via the Ubeya app and submit post-visit photos/reporting.

Training (Required, Paid, Live Virtual):

• Brand training session — 7/22/2026 (time TBD, later in the day).

Compensation : $24.00/hr. Paid training. Weekly payroll via Mosaic Flex Staffing.

• Train retailer associates on the brand and product line so they can confidently recommend it to customers.
• Replenish and tidy the in-store brand displays at every visit (reference photos provided during training).
• Check in and check out on-site via the Ubeya app and submit post-visit photos + reporting before clocking out.
• Maintain a professional in-store presence: clean polo + jeans (no rips/holes) and visible brand-issued name badge at all times.
• Represent Mosaic Flex Staffing - Acosta Group professionally at all times — you are the face of the brand inside the retailer.
• Complete all required retailer compliance courses and the live brand training session before your first in-store visit.
