ActionLink is seeking a Full-Time Retail Electronics Merchandiser to join our Cincinnati team, serving the surrounding area. You will visit stores like Best Buy, Walmart, and Target to set up and maintain displays, ensuring proper placement and troubleshooting to drive sales.

The role offers 32–40 hours per week, with a Monday–Friday schedule between 7:00am and 4:00pm, no weekends or evenings. A high school diploma is required, and travel within the region may be needed; you'll submit same-day

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Previous merchandising/retail experience highly desirable.
• Ability to cover the assigned territory and travel as needed.
• Detail-oriented and able to follow complex instructions and diagrams.
• Reliable vehicle and valid driver's license required.
• Comfortable working independently and with a small team.

Responsibilities

• Visit major retailers within the Cincinnati area to install and maintain displays.
• Assemble, place, and troubleshoot client promotional displays.
• Submit same-day digital surveys with photos after each visit.
• Report hours within 32–40 per week, with Monday–Friday schedule.
• Communicate with clients and management to ensure project success.
• Travel to additional regions if opportunities arise.
