Job summary

ActionLink is seeking a Part-Time Retail Merchandiser for Indianapolis, IN and surrounding areas. You will visit stores to set up and maintain product displays, ensure proper placement, and report back with photos and notes. Expect up to 25 hours per week, Monday–Thursday, 8:00am–5:00pm, with no weekends or evenings.

Compensation is $18.00 per hour, with opportunities for higher rates on specialized projects. This W2 position offers weekly pay, potential travel, paid training, and PTO accrual.

Qualifications

• Previous merchandising, 3PL, or relevant retail experience preferred.
• Ability to handle multiple levels of merchandising tasks in territory.
• Attention to detail; follow complex instructions and diagrams.
• Works well independently or with a small team.
• Tech-ready with internet, handheld tools, and a GPS-enabled device.

Responsibilities

• Store visits at major retailers within the Indianapolis area to set up and maintain product displays.
• Ensure proper placement, assembly, maintenance, and troubleshooting of promotional displays.
• Submit same-day digital surveys with feedback and pictures for each store visit.
