Job summary

ActionLink is seeking a Part-Time Retail Display Installer for Tampa, FL. You will visit stores within an assigned territory to assemble, place, maintain, and troubleshoot promotional displays, reporting with photos and surveys on the same day.

Compensation starts at $18.00 per hour, with higher rates available for additional technical projects. This part-time role offers paid training, 401(k) with company match, weekly pay via direct deposit, travel reimbursement, and PTO accrual for hours

Qualifications

• Experience in merchandising, 3PL, or relevant retail experience is highly desirable
• Ability to follow complex written instructions and display diagrams
• Independence and teamwork; able to work with a small team when needed
• Tech-ready with internet access, GPS-enabled device, and basic tools
• Valid driver's license and access to a personal vehicle for travel within territory

Responsibilities

• Store visits: complete projects at major retail stores within an assigned territory
• Ensure proper placement, assembly, maintenance, and troubleshooting of promotional product displays
• Submit same-day digital surveys with feedback and pictures for each store visit
