Job summary

Jabil is seeking an Electronics Diagnostic & Training Technician to verify, test, and diagnose electronic circuit board assemblies at component and board levels. The role includes structured training, hands-on coaching, and performance oversight to ensure high diagnostic accuracy and adherence to quality standards.

You will collaborate with Test Engineering, analyze failure trends, and contribute to continuous improvement while developing training materials and maintaining safety and regulatory

Qualifications

• Ability to diagnose complex technical issues using data-driven approaches.
• Proficiency with electronic test and measurement equipment in manufacturing environments.
• Experience with Windows and/or Linux and enterprise software.
• Ability to read and apply technical drawings and schematics accurately.
• Strong written and verbal communication for cross-functional teams.
• Ability to develop clear training materials and SOPs.

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced diagnostic analysis of powered functional test failures at the component level.
• Conduct verification testing and troubleshooting with standard test equipment.
• Analyze and apply technical documentation, EC notices, schematics and test procedures.
• Support data-driven improvement initiatives to boost diagnostic efficiency and yield.
• Coach technicians and new hires through structured training sessions.
• Monitor diagnostic performance and identify skill gaps for retraining.
• Assist in DOE planning and data collection for process optimization.
