Job summary

Aaron's Inc is seeking a Delivery Driver to join our retail team. You’ll load, deliver and install merchandise, demonstrate usage to customers and help with in-store tasks as needed. This is a store-based role with daily customer interaction in a dynamic environment.

The position emphasizes safety, communication, and physical fitness, with pay ranging from $16.50 to $17.25 per hour, and eligibility for Aaron’s Total Rewards including PTO and benefits.

Qualifications

• Solid communication skills required for customer interaction.
• Working knowledge of electronics and devices.
• Desire to help customers and resolve issues.

Responsibilities

• Load, secure and protect merchandise on delivery vehicles.
• Offload, install and demonstrate merchandise at customer sites.
• Safely operate delivery vehicle and ensure timely deliveries.
• Assist in store tasks as needed to support team.
