Job summary

Fabrinet in Santa Clara, CA is seeking a quality-focused Test/Manufacturing professional to support and improve manufacturing operations by testing electronic assemblies to the component level. You will work from blueprints, NGCs, or SOPs to determine acceptance, reject, or rework requirements and assist in preventing quality deficiencies.

You will collaborate with Test, Manufacturing, and Engineering teams to design and execute test plans, set up environments, and document FA/RMA outcomes,

Qualifications

• Tests product/system across function, component, and system levels.
• Designs and executes test cases, plans, and scenarios; manages versions.
• Sets up test environments and runs planned test cases.
• Gives usability feedback and traces quality risks to stakeholders.
• Debugs and troubleshoots PCBA to component level.
• Performs 3-strike analysis of issues and communicates findings.
• Investigates RMA cases and writes FA reports per customer requirements.
• Manages RMA workflow from initiation to completion.

Responsibilities

• Test all aspects of the product/system including function, component, system, performance, regression and service.
• Work with development to capture test cases and ensure version control.
• Set up test environments, design tests, develop and execute test scenarios.
• Provide usability feedback and trace results to quality risk stakeholders.
• Debug and troubleshoot system to PCBA component levels.
• Review and analyze 3-strike cases and escalate as needed.
• Investigate RMA cases with other departments and write FA reports.
• Process, schedule, and follow up on outstanding RMA cases to completion.
