Accredited Labs seeks a Calibration Technician in Roanoke, TX to perform accurate calibrations on customer sites and support clients throughout the calibration lifecycle. Role involves direct client interaction, data maintenance, and adherence to quality standards.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in calibration, knowledge of electrical/physical/mechanical calibration, and experience with quality systems. Travel is extensive, with opportunities to grow professionally.

Qualifications

  • At least two years of experience in a related field.
  • Knowledge and experience with Electrical, Physical, and/or Mechanical Calibration of equipment.
  • Experience working with Manufacturer's Quality Systems.
  • Associate's degree in Engineering, Electronics, or other Technical Fields.
  • Military PMEL Training.

Responsibilities

  • Complete accurate and timely calibrations on customer sites.
  • Perform routine and complex calibration on a wide variety of equipment per company processes and instruction documentation.
  • Interact professionally with customers, providing excellent service and support.
  • Communicate with customers throughout the process and provide status updates.
  • Ensure all calibration activities comply with industry regulations and quality standards.
  • Maintain calibration records and documentation, ensuring all data is accurate and up to date.
  • Have the ability to learn mechanical and technical skills quickly.
  • Travel to customer locations with frequent overnight, out-of-state travel, Monday through Friday, up to 80% of the year (possible weekend travel).

ETI Precision is looking for a talented calibration technician to join its growing team in Roanoke, TX! This is a full-time role offering competitive pay and great benefits. Calibration Technician will test, calibrate, and troubleshoot a variety of test and measurement instruments. This critical equipment is maintained and periodically calibrated for accuracy, reliability, and conformance to established industry and customer standards. As a calibration technician, you will be relied upon by both our customers and your colleagues within an environment that values professional development opportunities. Location: On-site at various customer sites in Roanoke, TX and surrounding areas. Occasionally at our office in Roanoke, TX.

  • Complete accurate and timely calibrations on customer sites
  • Perform routine and complex calibration on a wide variety of equipment per company processes and instruction documentation
  • Working directly with the client throughout the calibration process from the first onsite touch point to completion of the project, including good communication to provide client updates on services needed
  • Ensure all calibration activities comply with industry regulations and quality standards
  • Maintain calibration records and documentation, ensuring all data is accurate and up to date
  • Interact professionally with customers, providing excellent service and support
  • Communicate with customers throughout the process and provide status updates
  • Have the ability to learn mechanical and technical skills quickly
  • Are customer-oriented with excellent communication skills
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability and willingness to travel to customer locations with frequent overnight, out-of-state travel, Monday through Friday, up to 80% of the year. This may also include rare weekend travel.
  • At least two years of experience in a related field
