Job summary

Avispa MedOps is seeking a Calibration Technician (Day Shift) in Roseville, CA to test, calibrate, repair, and maintain precision electronic test equipment. This onsite role includes a 40-hour work week under a 24-month assignment with W2 employment and comprehensive benefits.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in calibration/repair, strong PC skills, and experience with network/spectrum analyzers and automated calibration software. A related technical degree or military experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Tests, calibrates, repairs electronic test equipment to meet specs.
• 3+ years in calibration/repair of electronic test equipment.
• Some education, specialized training, or military experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform functional testing, calibration, troubleshooting, assembly/disassembly, adjustments, and basic repairs on electronic instrumentation.
• Assist with customer service tasks with defined objectives and escalate complex repairs.
• Support internal teams and customers with technical solutions, coordinating with field service and customer reps.
• Maintain detailed service activity documentation and comply with quality and safety standards.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and innovative solutions in the area.
