Job summary

Leading electronic testing company in Roseville, CA seeks a Calibration Technician (Day Shift) to test, calibrate, repair, and maintain precision electronic test equipment. Position is onsite with 40 hours/week on a 24-month assignment.

The role involves functional testing, calibration, troubleshooting, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver effective technical solutions while maintaining high workmanship and safety standards.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of calibration/repair experience on electronic test equipment.
• Some education or certification in electronics or related field.
• Hands-on testing, calibration, and repair experience.
• Strong PC skills with Windows and Office.
• Ability to read technical documentation and schematics.
• Experience with network/spectrum analyzers and power supplies is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform functional testing, calibration, troubleshooting and basic repairs on electronic instrumentation.
• Assist with customer service assignments and escalate more difficult repairs as needed.
• Support internal teams and external customers with technical solutions and cross-functional collaboration.
• Maintain detailed documentation of service activities and follow production processes to meet goals and quality standards.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the area of expertise.
