Job summary

M.C. Dean is seeking an Electronics Associate to join the Security and Electronic Systems (SES) unit. The role is part of a structured 2-year development program combining hands-on training with classroom instruction, building essential technical skills, safety knowledge, and real-world field experience.

Starting pay is $20/hr with potential incentives for active polygraph clearances. Candidates must be eligible for a Top Secret clearance and be willing to travel up to 25% as needed.

Qualifications

• Must pass a pre-employment aptitude test.
• College level math required or to be completed within 30 days of employment.
• Interest in electronics, technology systems, or skilled trades.
• Willing to relocate/commute a willingness to travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Learn safety procedures on active job sites and apply them daily.
• Assist with installation of raceways, cabling, racks, panels, and hardware to NEC standards.
• Train in terminating, testing, and configuring electronic devices, network and IT equipment.
• Support racking, stacking, and cable terminations for head-end systems.
• Participate in daily safety and project meetings and complete technical modules.
