L3Harris Technologies is seeking an Operations Associate in the United States to support cable/harness and electro-mechanical assemblies, including wiring, hand soldering, mechanical assembly, inspection, and console assembly.

Typical duties may include cable/harness assembly, hand soldering, mechanical assembly, inspection, electronic console assembly, electronic system assembly, point-to-point wiring.Key Responsibilities:

• Ability to read, understand, and interpret electronic and mechanical diagrams and assembly instructions.
• Able to obtain IPC-620 and/or J Standard 001 certifications
• Demonstrated aptitude for cable/harness mechanical assembly
• Ability to tolerate exposure to solder paste, flux, and solder fumes.
• Must be able to sit and stand for long periods of time.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a DoD security clearance

• One (1) or more years of experience in manufacturing
• Completion of a certified technical school training
• Familiar with building rack/cabinet/console assembly.
