Job summary

Acuity Inc. is seeking a hands-on assembler to join our manufacturing team in Crawfordsville, IN. You will assemble fixtures and electronic components, install them into larger assemblies, and ensure proper wiring and testing before deployment.

This role requires attention to detail, safety, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, collaborative setting. Employees will use hand and power tools, follow quality guidelines, and contribute to continuous improvement in a manufacturing

Qualifications

Must have high school diploma or GED.
Able to learn and work in a fast-paced environment with specialized configurations.
Able to lift up to 30 pounds.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Strong work ethic and sense of urgency; able to prioritize.
Basic mathematics proficiency.

Responsibilities

Assemble fixtures, mount electronic components, and install them into larger assemblies or casings.
Ensure proper installation of electric wiring and test or troubleshoot equipment.
Use hand tools or small power tools to assemble components.
Follow security rules and safety policies and adhere to quality guidelines.
Learn and perform manual tool operations in a team setting.
