Cardinal-Scale Manufacturing, Co. is seeking an Electrical assembler to build finished goods using routers and blueprints while managing inventory in Webb City, MO.

The role involves setting up and operating tools, following test procedures, and learning basic functions of the MRP system. Candidates should have a High School Diploma and prefer two years of factory experience, with a strong emphasis on safety and teamwork.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Two (2) years of factory/manufacturing experience with similar equipment (preferred).
• Ability to read routers/blueprints and follow test procedures.

Responsibilities

• Set up, maintain and operate hand tools, test weights and digital indicators.
• Perform tasks as directed by supervisor.
• Handle chemicals, paints and solvents with safety.
• Read routers, blueprints and test procedures.
• Learn basic functions of the MRP system.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and contribute to material flow.
• Demonstrate safety awareness and teamwork.
