Job summary

Boarhog LLC is seeking an experienced Electronic Warfare Technician to support the U.S. Navy’s combat readiness at Wallops Island, VA. The position focuses on maintenance of electronic warfare systems, specifically the AN/SLQ-32 and the SEWIP systems.

Ideal candidates will have at least three years of experience, a High School diploma, and be willing to obtain a PQS 301 qualification. Offering a competitive salary and benefits including relocation bonuses, medical insurance, and a comprehensive 401K plan.

Qualifications

• Three years of experience in electronic warfare systems.
• PQS 301 qualification required within three months of hire.
• DoD Secret level security clearance is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Perform equipment maintenance on AN/SLQ-32 variants.
• Support the Surface Electronic Warfare Improvement Program (SEWIP).
• Participate in at-sea exercises and training.

Skills

Fault isolation and casualty restoration

Preventive maintenance on EW systems

Network devices knowledge

Operating Systems knowledge (RedHat/UNIX)

Education
