As an electrical engineer with experience in complex system design, you will enhance platform Electronic Warfare capabilities by designing and integrating radar systems.

Responsibilities

• Transform Mission Systems requirements to improve EW performance of various platforms.
• Support the Mission Systems team in working with OEMs to improve performance and integrate advanced technologies into existing platforms.
• Collaborate with existing engineering teams to identify current challenges and work with OEMs to develop and integrate upgrades, improving the warfighter’s competitive edge.
• Assist in augmenting designs and algorithms to enhance system performance.

Primary Qualifications

• Experience in EW systems.
• Knowledge of EW systems and systems integration challenges.
• Ability to work with a team of engineers to modify designs and improve system integrations to enhance warfighter capabilities.
• Secret clearance.
• Bachelor’s degree in an Engineering field.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with modern Navy SPY radar systems.
• Experience with the SETR process.
• Knowledge of contracting mechanisms and Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL) reporting.
• Knowledge of EW tracking systems.
• Ability to analyze designs and provide technical inputs to improve performance and integration ease.
• Top Secret clearance.
• Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering.

Security Clearance

Compensation

Salary range: $61,900.00 to $141,000.00 annualized USD.
