Job summary

G&W Electric seeks an Electronic Technician I to assemble, troubleshoot, connect and test electronic assemblies of basic to moderate complexity. The role includes wiring, inspection, and collaboration with manufacturing to ensure proper installation and testing of assemblies.

The candidate will follow drawings, BOMs, and diagrams, use small hand and power tools safely, and document actions with quality forms. High school diploma or GED required; associate degree preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; associates degree preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings, BOMs, and schematics.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with testing electronic assemblies.

Responsibilities

• Assemble, troubleshoot, connect, and test electronic assemblies of basic to moderate complexity.
• Inspect and document actions using production and quality forms.
• Train others in basic to moderate electronic assembly tasks as needed.
