A leading electric company in Bolingbrook is seeking an Electronic Technician I to assemble, troubleshoot, and test electronic assemblies. The role requires hands-on skills with tools, the ability to read technical drawings, and attention to detail. Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma or equivalent and preferably an associate's degree in electronics. Qualifications
Can work independently and follow written procedures.
Has a working knowledge of electronic components like relays and capacitors.
Can assist in training new employees on basic tasks.
Responsibilities
Assemble junction boxes and electronic assemblies.
Test and install completed electronic assemblies.
Inspect electronic assemblies before final checkout.
Skills
Ability to safely use small hand and power tools
Read and interpret Drawings and Bills of Material
Basic computer skills
Knowledge of wiring diagrams and schematics
Bench troubleshooting skills
