Beyond New Horizons, LLC (BNH) has an exciting opportunity for an Electronic Technician C, supporting Air Force Test Operations at White Sands near Alamogordo, NM. The role requires flexibility to work any shift and a willingness to work on diverse electronic equipment in remote locations.

The position involves setting up and validating radar cross-section and antenna measurements, collecting data, and validating results with appropriate test equipment and procedures.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED and one year of experience in electronics, computer systems, and/or radar systems.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a Top-Secret clearance.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license.
• Current U. S. Citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Validate RCS and Antenna measurements using signal and image processing techniques.
• Operate, maintain, troubleshoot, repair, overhaul, modify and test various electronic equipment.
• Apply knowledge to solve problems using schematics, diagrams and appropriate test equipment.
• Support mounting, dismounting, storage, transportation and creation of test articles and site facilities.

Overview

B eyond N ew H orizons, LLC (BNH) has an exciting opportunity for an E lectronic Technician , supporting Air Force Test Operations , at White Sands near Alamogordo, New Mexico .

Open to internal and external candidates. The selected candidate for this requisition must be available to work any shift.

Job Summary

Th e successful candidate will perform Radar Cross Section (RCS) and Antenna Pattern measurement set up, data collection and processing through data validation at diverse and isolated work locations.

Job Duties

• Validat e RCS and Antenna measurements using signal and image processing techniques
• W ork on various types of electronic equipment and devices by performing one or more of the following: installing, operating, maintaining, troubleshooting, repairing, overhauling, modifying and testing
• A pply basic working knowledge and experience to solve problems by utilizing schematics, diagrams, and appropriate test equipment
• T arget support to include the mounting, dismounting, storage, transportation, and cr eating of test articles and the maintaining of the facilities and grounds at any site operated by NRTF
• S upport to other trades as requirements dictate
• It is a condition of employment to wear PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) in accordance with supervisory direction and company policy
• Perform other duties as required

Basic Qualifications

• High school degree or GED and one year of experience in electronics, computer systems, and/or radar systems
