Job Summary
Manufacturing & Operations – Repair & Maintenance. Shift: 5:00 PM – 5:00 AM alternating three- and four-day weeks with every other weekend off. Looking for a high-paying, technical role in a modern facility with climate-controlled work environment and no mandatory overtime.

- Starting pay: up to $41.61/hour, earning potential up to $48.95/hour at top level.

Responsibilities
- Perform corrective, preventative, project, and emergency electrical/electronic maintenance on plant equipment and utility systems.
- Troubleshoot, modify, calibrate, and check performance on plant equipment.
- Support PLC programming and electrical control system work.
- Ensure electrical equipment and installations meet applicable requirements.
- Complete assigned projects, including planning, purchasing materials, modifications, and major overhauls.
- Monitor critical equipment and assist maintenance and production teams as needed.
- Follow food safety, quality, GMP, housekeeping, PPE, and OSHA requirements.
Qualifications
- High school diploma/GED and/or technical schooling.
- Ability to read, write, and speak English at an intermediate level.
- Ability to read, comprehend, and follow complex troubleshooting instructions and equipment manuals.
- Familiarity with motors, PLCs, controls, instrumentation, servos, electrical distribution, VFDs, and valves.
- Two years of maintenance and/or logistics equipment experience preferred.
- Commitment to safety, reliability, and teamwork in a food manufacturing environment.
Additional Requirements
- Maintain strong dependability with an absenteeism rate under 3%.
- Willing to work overtime, weekends, and other duties as assigned.
- Pass power equipment certification as needed.
- Pass the Ramsey Electrician Technician Test.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks including walking, bending, kneeling, repetitive motion, and stair/ladder climbing.
- Comfortable working in a food manufacturing environment with loud sounds, occasional heights, and warehouse/external exposure.
