Job summary

State of New Hampshire, Department of Corrections, Division of Administration- Logistics, seeks an Electronic Technician I for a full-time on-site role at the NH State Prison for Men. Qualifications

• Equivalent combination of 2.5 years of education and experience after completion of high school in electronics or related field.
• Valid driver’s license and access to transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provides security, training and supervision for inmate maintenance workers in electronics trades.
• Detects electronic deficiencies or mechanical malfunctions and takes appropriate action to repair or service.
• Conducts weekly testing on a portion of the electronic security system and maintains records.
