Pay & Career Growth

• Apprentice / New Hire: $20–$21/hour
• Level 1 (0.5–2 yrs): $22–$23/hour
• Level 2 (3–5 yrs): $24–$27/hour
• Level 3 (6+ yrs): $28–$30/hour
