Job summary

MSI-Viking is seeking an experienced Electronic Calibration Technician to perform calibration, troubleshooting, repair, and certification of electronic and electro-mechanical measuring and test equipment. This role emphasizes hands-on metrology in an ISO/IEC 17025 environment and is not a general electrician position.

You will work with high-precision instruments such as Fluke and Keysight devices, produce calibration certificates, and maintain thorough documentation.

Qualifications

• Experience in electronic metrology calibration, not just general electronics work.
• Hands-on experience calibrating precision test equipment in ISO/IEC 17025 environments.
• Strong documentation accuracy and record-keeping.

Responsibilities

• Calibrate, adjust, troubleshoot, and repair electronic and electro-mechanical measuring and test equipment.
• Complete calibrations per procedures, manufacturer specs, and ISO/IEC 17025 requirements.
• Maintain calibration certificates and service records and update gage tracking software.
• Travel to customer sites for on-site calibration.
